Risk & Ownership
Risk transfers to the customer once goods have been dispatched from our premises or collected by the freight provider.

Authority to Leave
Some deliveries may be left unattended if authority to leave has been provided to the courier.
Shout Marketing accepts no responsibility for parcels once marked as delivered.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Any claims relating to:

must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Returns Policy
Custom Branded Products
Due to the customised nature of branded apparel and promotional products, Shout Marketing does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Approved artwork errors

Delayed delivery outside our control
Please carefully review all artwork proofs, garment sizing and order details before approval.
Faulty or Incorrect Products

Decoration is materially defective

Incorrect products were supplied

Goods differ substantially from approved artwork
If a product issue is confirmed, Shout Marketing may choose to:

Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
