Shipping Policy

Production Timeframes

As many of our products are custom branded and made to order, production timeframes vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Decoration method

  • Stock availability

  • Order quantity

  • Artwork approval timing

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Production will only commence once:

  • Final artwork approval has been received

  • Full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed)

Urgent orders may attract rush production fees.


Shipping & Delivery

Shout Marketing ships Australia-wide using trusted freight and courier providers.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Shipping method

  • Order quantity

Freight charges will be confirmed during quoting or checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier networks

  • Peak periods

  • Public holidays

  • Weather events

Typical shipping estimates:

  • Metro Areas: 1–5 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only.


Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to the customer once goods have been dispatched from our premises or collected by the freight provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Shout Marketing is not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • Delivery interruptions outside our control


Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left unattended if authority to leave has been provided to the courier.

Shout Marketing accepts no responsibility for parcels once marked as delivered.


Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any claims relating to:

  • Damaged goods

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

  • Freight damage

must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Returns Policy

Custom Branded Products

Due to the customised nature of branded apparel and promotional products, Shout Marketing does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Customer ordering errors

  • Approved artwork errors

  • Colour preference variations

  • Delayed delivery outside our control

Please carefully review all artwork proofs, garment sizing and order details before approval.


Faulty or Incorrect Products

Returns may only be accepted where:

  • Products are faulty

  • Decoration is materially defective

  • Incorrect products were supplied

  • Goods differ substantially from approved artwork

If a product issue is confirmed, Shout Marketing may choose to:

  • Replace the goods

  • Repair the goods

  • Reprint the order

  • Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate


Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where applicable

  • Quantity affected

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom printed garments

  • Embroidered products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Used or washed garments

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Special order items


Sizing Disclaimer

Sizing may vary slightly between brands and garment styles.

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts prior to ordering.

Shout Marketing is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by customers.


Colour Variations

Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from final printed products due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Fabric materials

  • Print methods

  • Production batches

Minor colour variations are considered acceptable industry tolerances.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to remedies for major failures under applicable legislation.
